Emily is the company director and our practice principle. She has over 10 years' experience in a wide range of roles, both in the NHS, private practice and sporting settings. She continues to work part time in the NHS as a clinical specialist within the musculoskeletal outpatients department.
Emily has gained post-graduate level training in manual therapy and acupuncture and has utilised these skills within private practice working in New Zealand. In her time overseas, Emily specialised in MSK, sports rehab and occupational health rehab. She also has extensive experience working with football and rugby players during roles at Fulham FC, Middlesex County FA, New Zealand Football and Tawa Rugby club (NZ), however she enjoys working with a variety of different sports.
Since qualifying in 2010, Gemma has worked across inpatient and outpatient settings in the NHS and private practice. In recent years she has undertaken specialist training to become certified to provide the PINC, STEEL and NEXT STEPS Cancer Rehab Programs. Gemma is passionate about helping patients manage the physical side effects of cancer surgery and treatment. She volunteers her time with the PINC&STEEL UK Foundation which aims to make cancer rehab services accessible to people affected by any type of cancer needing support.
Gemma also has a special interest in pilates and has completed training with the Australian Institute of Pilates and Physiotherapy. Gemma enjoys teaching Matwork, small equipment and reformer Pilates.
Ali joins the team at Trinity Physio as our specialist pelvic health physio. Having graduated from St George’s University in 2008, Ali has worked in a variety of settings, both NHS and private. Ali is currently a clinical specialist Physiotherapist at St Peter's Hospital. Having worked with a wide variety of MSK and obstetric patients over the years, for the past 2.5 years, Ali has been specialising in Urogynaecology and Pelvic Pain patients for the hospital.
Her post-graduate skills in manual therapy and acupuncture make Ali a versatile clinician. She is passionate about enabling her patients to meet their rehabilitation potential but also about giving preventative advice to help reduce symptoms developing later on in life.
