Background & Qualifications
Lauren qualified in 2011 from the University of Nottingham and has extensive experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, across both the NHS and private sectors. She has been part of the Trinity Physiotherapy team since 2022 and is based at our Weybridge Clinic.
During 8 years working in private practice, Lauren has supported patients recovering from orthopaedic surgery and sporting injuries. Her clinical approach is underpinned by postgraduate training in acupuncture, manual therapy and rheumatology.
Rheumatology & Long-Term Condition Management
Lauren is Trinity Physiotherapy's Rheumatology Specialist, supporting people living with inflammatory and long-term musculoskeletal conditions to improve their function, confidence and quality of life. She works with each person to achieve their individual goals, whether that's walking to the shops or running a marathon.
Athletic Background & Return-to-Sport Rehabilitation
As a former national level athlete and weightlifter, Lauren understands the physical demands of strength training and sport. She enjoys helping active individuals return to training safely, and is passionate about delivering creative, gym-based rehabilitation.
Advanced Clinical Practice in the NHS
Alongside her role at Trinity, Lauren continues to work part time as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner within the NHS, where she has developed expertise in the assessment and management of complex spinal and lower limb conditions.
Outside the Clinic
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time in the gym and with her young family.
