Background & Qualifications
Anne qualified from St Mary's Hospital, Paddington and has over 35 years' experience working across both the NHS and private sector. Throughout her career she has developed extensive expertise in the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, helping people of all ages regain confidence in their movement and return to the activities that matter most to them. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
Spinal, Shoulder & Lower Limb Rehabilitation
Anne has a particular interest in spinal pain, shoulder conditions and lower limb rehabilitation. She also has considerable experience supporting people following orthopaedic surgery, guiding them through every stage of recovery, from the early post-operative period through to returning to full function. Her breadth of experience allows her to confidently manage both complex presentations and conditions that can be treated conservatively without surgery.
Treatment Approach
When working with clients, Anne combines hands-on manual therapy with tailored exercise rehabilitation and practical self-management strategies. She believes in treating the whole person rather than simply the symptoms, taking the time to understand each individual's goals, lifestyle and barriers to recovery.
Fitness & Rehabilitation Class
Alongside her clinical work, Anne runs Trinity Physiotherapy's Fitness and Rehabilitation Class. These small-group sessions combine strength, mobility, balance and core exercises to help clients build confidence, improve resilience and maintain the progress made during physiotherapy treatment.
Outside the Clinic
Outside of work, Anne enjoys an active lifestyle and has a longstanding interest in sport, particularly running, netball, tennis and horse riding.
